Working as a BIM partner with Bulley and Andrews, StudioGC created a virtual design and construction model for the coordination of a 14 story Ronald McDonald House, the largest in the country.
StudioGC used the VDC model and those from all building trades to provide clash detection coordination virtually prior to construction. This facilitated accurate placement of slab cores to avoid post tensioned cables and made extremely tight floors heights possible.
